Hello,
we're sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing with your vacuum cleaner. Here are some steps that may help resolve the problems:
Narrow Spaces: The vacuum cleaner requires at least 2cm of additional space on either side to enter tight spaces. Ensure that the area has enough clearance.
Ultrasonic Carpet Detection: If your vacuum has this feature and is in mopping mode, it may avoid rooms where it detects carpets at the entrance. Please try removing the carpets temporarily.
Map Overlapping: Overlapping maps can lead to disorientation and missed areas. In such cases, please consider recreating the map or restoring the current one.
Obstacles at Entrances: Long pile carpets or cables at the entrance may trigger obstacle avoidance. Please clear the floor before cleaning to ensure proper operation.
Routine Checks for Route Confusion:
Before Cleaning: Tidy up the floor by removing loose items like power strips, toys, or slippers to prevent frequent collisions and route confusion.
During Cleaning: Check the drive wheels for any debris, dust, or oil, and clean them promptly to avoid abnormal movements.
Collision Behavior: If the vacuum collides multiple times, it might temporarily follow the edge before returning to its zigzag cleaning pattern.
Frequent Route Issues: If route confusion occurs often, please update your vacuum's firmware to the latest version, reset the map, and start mapping again.
If the issues persist, we recommend contacting after-sales support for further assistance.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
