Map Rotation z60

Hello MOVA Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my robot vacuum and would appreciate your advice.

For the last few days, the robot has continued to clean normally, but I noticed that the map has become slightly rotated/misaligned. As a result, some areas of my home are no longer being washed because, according to the map, they now appear to be located behind walls or outside the room boundaries.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, the generated map is tilted compared to the actual layout. The cleaning path itself looks normal, but the map alignment is incorrect, which causes parts of the room to be excluded from mopping.

I wanted to force the robot to refresh or re-align the map, but I could not find any option in the app to update an existing map without deleting it completely.

My questions are:

Is there a way to correct or recalibrate the map orientation without deleting the current map?
Can the robot perform a map refresh or remapping while preserving room divisions, names, no-go zones, and other settings?
Are there any troubleshooting steps that could help restore the proper map alignment?

I would prefer not to delete the existing map because it is already fully configured with room names, cleaning settings, and restricted areas.

Leider lässt sich der Kartenwinkel derzeit nicht direkt einstellen! Bitte aktualisieren Sie zuerst die App sowie die Geräte‑Firmware auf die neueste Version. Eine direkte Winkelkalibrierung der vorhandenen Karte ist nicht möglich, Sie müssen die bestehende Karte löschen und neu erstellen. Nach der Kartenerstellung können Sie versuchen, die Karte zu sichern. Sollte die Karte in Zukunft wieder automatisch verrutschen, freuen wir uns über Ihre Rückmeldung.
