Abnormal water level !!!!

Dear mova team .
I have the robot for 1 month now .
And manny times i get this error abnormale water level .
I clean acording to instructions for about 1 week and a half i get this error .
Sometimes it drains . Mostly it dont drains .
It seems like the pomp refuse manny times to activate .
What is the problem i want to fix it or otherwyse i wil return it
For a premium product at this price level ( 1299 euro ) i want to be fixed or a remplacement. I live in belgium

Please remove the wastewater tank and check if the sealing ring is deformed or not properly installed. If it is, reinsert the sealing ring correctly and use it again. If the wastewater tank is damaged, please contact customer service.

After confirming there are no issues with the wastewater tank, secure the top cover and press it down after placing it back to ensure it is fully installed.

Open the left and right clasps of the cleaning tray, remove the cleaning tray, and empty any remaining water. Check if the filter of the cleaning tray is clogged, and clean it if necessary before using it again.

Wipe any residual water inside the base with a dry cloth and reinstall the cleaning tray, securing the left and right clasps.

Can you show me a picture where is this located the clasps
I only clean the filter .And wasboard and nothing clogged.but never heard of the left and right clasps

I returned it and i got a new one . Black complete v50 ultra
