Regarding the situation you mentioned, we would like to clarify that due to safety and regulatory requirements, the AWD series does not currently support disabling the AI obstacle avoidance function. We are also aware that misidentification can occur in certain scenarios, and this feedback has already been shared with our internal team.
At present, our team is continuously working to optimize the AI camera’s recognition algorithms and accuracy, aiming to reduce false detections and improve the overall user experience. These improvements will be gradually delivered through future OTA updates, and we kindly ask for your patience.
