Hello, regarding the issue that the app cannot connect to the camera, you may try the following troubleshooting steps:
Please check the App version first and update it to the latest version.
Please restart the robot and try again.
If the problem persists, please go to “Me – Help & Feedback – Report Logs” in the app and provide the following information so that we can further analyze the issue:
(1) A screen recording of the problem and the exact time when the recording was taken
(2) The SN code of the robot (you can find the SN label on the bottom of the robot)
(3) The Movahome App version (found in “Me” – “About” – “Movahome”) |
