Please check if the cable of the charging base is properly connected. If the cable is loose, the base will fail to supply power to the robot vacuum, causing it to retreat and try to find a new power source.

If the control of the robot vacuum is shared with others, please ensure that others are not operating it at the same time or setting it to perform scheduled cleaning tasks.
