Stop mapping - Questions&Feedback - MOVA

Hi! We're using the MOVA v50 with pleasure. The floor plan is set up correctly and also indicates which areas are low. Now, it sometimes creates a new floor plan. This causes it to get stuck under the toilet because it doesn't recognize it as a low area. It then gets stuck and can't get out on its own. Is there a way to set it to stop updating the floor plan?

The robot automatically updates its map during cleaning. This feature cannot be disabled.

We recommend setting a backup map and restoring it after the robot updates its map.

Bedankt voor de reactie. Kan ik op een andere manier voorkomen dat die nogmaals onder het toilet vast komt te zitten?

Hallo, u kunt het gebied waar het toilet zich bevindt instellen als verboden gebied, zodat de robot het gebied niet kan betreden en niet vast kan komen te zitten.

Dan maakt ie het niet meer schoon. Ik stel het juist in als laag toegankelijk gebied, maar doordat hij opnieuw een map maakt vergeet hij dit.

Is er nog een ander idee dan een verboden gebied instellen? Waarom onthoudt die niet dat het een laag gebied is als ik dat heb ingesteld?

Hi I've just got my Mova and it's not picking up bits from my low pile carpet unless it's on Max + also it doesn't go under my sofas even though there's room not seen it lower

I cannot add a new low passage area. It keep saying selecr a room. I cannot select a room ...so it will not be safed. It looks like a bug. It keeps asking selact a room after you choose low passage map...
