To be honest, this is not a state-of-the-art forum. The limit on characters per post, the poor visualization of the various categories, the reply management (how to edit/erase it) and notifications (they don't work?), and the attached images' visualization is tricky.

I suggest using a more solid engine, like phpBB, Discourse, or SMF.

Other suggestions:
The SUPPORT subsections "Questions&Feedback" and "FAQs" are basically the same thing.
The SUPPORT "Announcements" section, should be in PRODUCTS.
