We apologize for the inconvenience. You can troubleshoot the issue by following these steps:
1.Ensure there is enough space on both sides/front and back of the base station, otherwise, it may be obstructed. (5 cm on each side, 1.5 m in front)
2.The base station location may have a slope (not level). If it's not level, move the base station to a flat position and install the extended slope pad to avoid affecting the machine's normal return to charge.
3.Check if there are any watermarks on the drive wheels and in front of the base station. It is recommended to wipe the watermarks on the drive wheels and in front of the base station promptly.
4.Check if the drive wheels, swivel wheels, and base station ramp are dirty or have foreign objects stuck. If so, clean the foreign objects and wipe the dirt promptly.
5.If the mop is dirty, it should be replaced promptly as it will affect the machine's ability to return to charge.
6.Stay away from signal interference, such as routers, TVs, etc. There should not be reflective objects like mirrors, windows, or other reflective items around the base station. |
