[E30 Ultra] Map keeps disappearing

Hello!
We bought a E30 Ultra for our mother last year, but it keeps deleting the map all the time.

And you can't press restore since it won't let you enter that menu without doing a remap first. After you have done that, there is nothing to restore to anyway. All gone.

This is getting really frustrating. It takes quite a lot of time to re-create the map and all the settings all the time.

Is there anything we can do this to avoid this malfunction? Or do you have to update your firmware MOVA? If this is unfixable, we will have to return the unit and my confidence in Dreame/Mova  will be all gone.

Hello,

Have you logged in using a different account? If so, the device may disappear from the app.

Changing the country/region in the location settings could also cause this issue. Additionally, please check whether your network connection is stable.

If the robot starts working after being moved and fails to relocate itself correctly, it may rebuild the map, resulting in the loss of the previous one.

If you’ve ruled out the above possibilities, please provide the following information so we can investigate further:

1. The robot’s firmware version  
2. The serial number (S/N) located on the label at the bottom of the robot
