Hello Support Team,
I am writing to report a technical issue with my robot vacuum, the Mova P50 Pro Ultra.
The device does not recognize the correct wake word, "Hey Mova." However, it does respond to the wake word "Hey Trouver".
Since Mova and Trouver are related sub-brands, I suspect this is a firmware error where the device has been programmed with the wrong brand identity.
