Z60 does not clean under baseboards?

Hello all,
I'm finding that my Z60 is not cleaning under my baseboards. Although the mop has the functionality to stretch out the sweeper and the roller, it does not. Is anyone else having this issue and has possibly found a fix/workaround for it? Is there another setting I should en/disable to resolve this? The mop can't fit under the baseboards since it is few millimeters too tall. Thank you in advance!

Please enable both “AI-driven SideReach” and “AI-driven MopExtend” in the Edge & Corner Cleaning Settings. Also, set the frequency to “High”.

If the robot still cannot extend the side brush to clean the area beneath the baseboards, we recommend uploading the logs through the app and contacting our after-sales support team for further analysis.
