Failed to install pads

Hello
Since my old pads where abouts 6 months old i bought and installed new ones. But here comes the problems when fresh installed (pulled the old cloth ones of and new ones on) the robot picks up the pads on the first run with no problem. but after it keeps failing to put them on after a vacuum run, yes the magnets are clean so is the station and they still work. Ive tried factory resets etc nothing works. But when putting on the old pads again this problem goes away and switching back makes it happen again, and yes the pads are not "aftermarket", Does anyone know what to do or what could be causing this?

Could you please confirm whether the replacement involved the mop pads only or the mop pad holders?

Normally, replacing only the mop pads does not cause this issue.

If the issue occurred after replacing the mop pad holders, it is recommended to check whether the new holders match the original ones, or try swapping the left and right holders to see if they can be recognized correctly. An incompatible model may also lead to this situation.
