[LiDAX Ultra 1200] robot locked

I'd like to know if there's any way to reset my Mova robotic lawnmower to factory settings. The device is brand new, but it has a PIN already set up, and I don't know what it is, so I can't access the system, not even through the app.

I'd also like to know if there's a specific PIN, button combination, or number that would allow me to reset the device.

I would greatly appreciate your help, as the store referred me to you as the warranty service provider.

Hello~ If the robot is not currently unlinked from the app, you can select "Change PIN Code" in the app settings, then "Forgot PIN Code? Reset PIN Code" and follow the app prompts to reset your PIN code.If you are asking about a specific reset, you can reset the robot by simultaneously pressing and holding the [Start] and [OK] buttons on the robot for 3 seconds. Friendly reminder: After resetting, consumable timing and binding information will be retained, but other host information will be cleared.
