I have a new ViAX 500/600 and I have some trouble getting the mower to reliably pass in our out through a narrow passage at the end of a path.
The passage is approx. 1 meter wide and consists of two pillars. The mover frequently stops just before the passage, hesitates, does some wiggly movements and then after some 30 sec. says "failed to reach destination zone". This happens a little too often.
I have tried to draw an "accessible zone" over the path and the zone entrance, and this maybe improved the situation a bit, but not much. The robot does not seem to plot any obstacles in the map either.
Doesn't "accessible zones" apply to paths? I feel that 1 meter should be enough for it to pass. TranslateView Original Text
