1.Please take a look at the roller brush and clear away any debris or foreign objects you might find there.
2.Double-check that the cover is securely latched in place.
3.Check if anything is tangled around the brush that could be causing unusual noises.
4.Take a look inside the brush chamber too, and clean out any dirt or foreign objects that might have gotten stuck.
