[V50] Mova v50 cleans more than the customer room

My Jezebel is custom set to a room.....it cleans the room but then goes into another room..... it then returns back to dock

Could you please try these steps first?
Reboot your robot.
Refresh or rebuild your home map in the MOVAhome app.
If needed, clear the app cache on your phone, then try the single-room clean again.
If the problem still happens after these steps, please submit the problem log in the app and share your device's SN code with us. Our technical team will look into this for you right away.

thanks for the reply......here is what I did. rebooted the robot..rebuilt the map for a new fast mapping menu.. cleared the cache from the app..ran a "custom clean" on the living room Serial Number: R2582C587US0146933 I started a new "custom clean".. after 10 min, the floor map changed to show what appeared to be "carpet" designation on the floor....spent 9 minutes cleaning that same spot then went to another room before returning to clean under furniture....cant get rid of non-carpet spots

1. Carpet Misidentification
Patterns on your floor can easily cause the robot to mistakenly identify non-carpeted areas as carpet. Could you please share photos of your flooring so we can help confirm the issue?
2. Repeated Cleaning of the Same Area
This is most likely caused by the Heavy Stain Cleaning Mode. Please check if this mode is enabled in the app. If it is, disable it and try cleaning again.
3. Poor Cleaning Performance Troubleshooting
Check if the dust bin is full or if the filter is clogged. Clean them promptly if needed.
Inspect the main brush for tangled hair or debris. Remove any obstructions and clean the brush thoroughly.
Check the suction inlet for blockages and clear them to ensure proper airflow.
If the suction power is set too low, please switch to Ultra Strong Mode for better cleaning results.
