Side brush issue

Hi, I got a nova v50 a few days ago and the side brush doesn’t spin or extend? I have it selected to on the app settings. Can someone help? It’s not tangled I’ve tried deleting the device and adding it back.

Good morning.
Whether the side brush arm or mopping pad extends during vacuuming and mopping depends on the working mode:
The cleaning arm swings outward continuously in High Frequency Mode. It also swings outward for spot cleaning or recall tasks in Smart Mode and Standard Mode, with no change to the swing distance.
However, no outward swing occurs during targeted zone cleaning under Standard and Smart Modes.
We suggest you check whether [High Frequency Mode] is selected in the App via [Smart Mopping Settings] - [Bionic Edge Cleaning].
