Positioning failed error

Hi,
I’ve had this Viax 300 robot for a month now. Everything was fine for the first two weeks, but then problems started arising. Initially, the robot would randomly stop mowing and refuse to return to the docking station automatically. I performed a reset and re-mapping at the end of last week. Now, the robot leaves the station, but positioning fails. All app commands fail. I have to take it back to the station manually.
SN G2420B5CHEE01059A4. Plugin version 3.2.6. Location: Romania.
