I’m having a couple of issues with my MOVA device, particularly when it is mopping.
Most of the time, during mopping, it repeatedly says “Mop Pad Remove”, even though the mop pad is properly installed on the device.
If the mop pad is already attached, it obviously cannot be removed. The more frustrating part is that sometimes the mop pad does not come off automatically at all, and I have to manually pull it out.
Additional Details
I think the issue is more likely software-related, because I have checked the mop pads several times and they seem to be properly installed.
Also, for the first time, I had to fill the water tank almost to its maximum level because the robot was not getting enough water.
However, the issues I mentioned are becoming really frustrating. At this point, I’m genuinely starting to regret my purchase, which is disappointing because I expected much better performance from the device.
I hope MOVA can look into these issues and provide a proper solution.
