My mova 1000 got clogged with grass so the disk stopped spinning while I was sleeping, but it continued with its task anyway, and so it mapped areas as “mowed” without it actually mowing. When this happens and the message pops up that the disk has stoped spinning, the mower should pause its task until the issue is resolved and prompt to continue by the user.
Under normal circumstances, if the blade disk is jammed and cannot rotate, an alarm will indeed notify the user.
If your device did not report that the blade disk cannot rotate, but the lawn is indeed not being mowed, this may be due to mud and grass blocking the blades, while the blade disk can still rotate normally.
We recommend that you clean the mud and grass from the robot's blade disk and blades, then restart the mowing task and check if the robot can mow the lawn properly.
Thats the thing, it did report that the disk can not rotate, but at some point the mower continued anyway and mapped the area as “mowed”. It did this while I was asleep so I can’t say exactly how the process went down
It's possible the blades became clogged at some point, but the problem quickly resolved itself. So the robot continued mowing.
