Black carpet

Hello, We recently purchased the Z60 Ultra Roller Complete, but we can't get it to vacuum our black rug. Are other users experiencing this problem? Are there any solutions?

Hello,

Drop sensors are installed in front of the caster wheel and on the sides of the main wheels. These sensors are affected by infrared physical properties and may trigger a drop sensor alarm when the robot approaches dark carpets or dark sliding door tracks.

We recommend setting up virtual walls or no-go zones in the app.

Thanks for your reply. Do I understand correctly that I need to place a virtual wall around the black carpet? So the robot will never clean the black carpet because it can't. So this robot vacuum is useless to me, right?
