[P50 Pro Ultra] After about 6months the robot became unusable

(P50 Pro ultra) Acouple weeks ago the robot started spinning around violantly while in its base after I started a task (mop after vacuum). Only way to make it stop was to grab him out of station and lift of the ground. After setting back on the ground he found his base and docked and functioned normally. 2 days after he did it again. Since then hes lidar became super sensative and causes the robot to pause and throw an error saying you have to tap the lidar. He can even do that while he is nowhere near something that can hit his lidar. A couple days later he has problems docking: he doesn't lift his moppads. Now he doesn't want to mop cause he says they aren't attached while they really are... So only option I get is to vacuum, and when I let him vacuum he comes out of station and starts vacuuming + drops down the moppads and drags them or sometimes he even spins the moppads... When he then tries to dock he can't cause the moppads are still down... When spinning them up manually and placing him in the dock he empties and starts charging. When he actually sees the moppads are attached and you try to let him do a mop after vacuum job he's stuck in the dock cause he instantly lowers his moppads. Then he spins his wheels seperatly pulling the robot to on or the other side in the dock. He's wheels slip and even leave black rubber particle on the base board. After he tries that a couple times he give the error saying his right wheel is stuck. Even when you remove the pads to let him vacuum he drops the rotating axels down assif the moppads are attached... Something I also noticed is that the robot takes allot of time to start doing anything.

The robot is unusable like this. It never dropped of stairs and we don't have pets so nothing that could explain this robot losing his mind like this.
Ive been recommending this robot to everybody and now this happens... I would lika a solution especially since the robot has only been in use for around 6 months...

Hello,

For the issue where the robot suddenly spins violently on the base, please check if there are any foreign objects wrapped around the robot's wheels. Flip the robot over and check if both main wheels can rebound after being pressed. It might also be caused by the mop not retracting properly.
Regarding the lidar issue, please ensure that the LDS component is not blocked by any objects, preventing it from rotating. You can try gently moving the LDS. Confirm that the LDS cover can move slightly back and forth, and left and right. Also, check if the laser emission and reception holes of the LDS component are blocked by any foreign objects, preventing the emission and reception of the laser.
For the mop plate installation issue, please troubleshoot with the following steps:

Shut down the robot, unplug the base power cord, restart the robot and the base, manually place the mop into the bottom of the base, push the robot into the base, and after powering on, the axle sleeve of the mop plate will automatically extend and magnetically attract the mop.

Swap the left and right mop plates of the robot and run the mopping mode to see if it operates normally.

If the issues with your device still cannot be resolved, we recommend contacting our after-sales service department for further assistance.
