Z60 ultra roller standalone

I bought a z60 ultra standalone. Do you know the maximum obstacle the highest carpet the product can manage ? I understand is lower than the z60 ultra complete but i cannot find specs. It lookslike  that even a small base/carpet  of 1 cm   is a limit. ANY IDEA how to manage the the problem?
Its really disappointing .
I do not need to cover big obstacle but  going over a carpet or a base of 1 cm yes!!!

Hello, this model of mop can only be lifted a maximum of 14 mm. Therefore, it is only suitable for use on relatively thin, short-pile carpets.
