Clarification Needed - Z60 Ultra Roller Standalone: Detergent

Dear MOVA Support Team,
I am writing to clarify the proper detergent usage for my MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Standalone.
I found this statement on your forum: "..you can manually add one capful (approximately 28 ml) of detergent into the clean water tank."

My Questions:
- Is the 600ml compartment designed only for official MOVA detergent, or can I use alternative solutions there?
- If I use the manual method (adding to the 4L tank), should I leave the 600ml compartment empty to avoid over-dosing?
- What is the recommended dosage for alternative solutions in the 4L tank? 28ml with 4L of clean water?

Hello,

We do not recommend using non-official detergents in the detergent compartment or the clean water tank. You may use either clean water or the official MOVA detergent for cleaning. Since the ingredients of third-party detergents may vary, they could corrode the water tank or clog the internal pipes, potentially causing damage to the machine.

We only recommend manually adding detergent when the device does not dispense detergent or when the amount dispensed is very low. Therefore, under such circumstances, it is not necessary to empty the detergent compartment.
