Please make sure that the Bluetooth function on your phone is enabled, and try to keep the phone as close to the robot as possible.
You can also try turning your phone’s Bluetooth off and back on again, or restarting the robot, and then attempt the connection once more.
If the Bluetooth connection still doesn’t work, please try using a different phone or contact our after‑sales support team for further assistance.
