Please make sure that the correct region is selected in the app, and also check whether any of your family members have set up a scheduled cleaning task in their app. If you have already ruled these out, we recommend uninstalling the app, downloading it again, and reconnecting the robot to see if this resolves the issue.
As for the robot running into walls, we suggest cleaning the robot’s LDS sensor to ensure there is no dust or debris blocking it.
