Regarding false obstacle avoidance issues, please check the following:
1. Please check if "AI obstacle recognition" is enabled. The robot may occasionally misidentify obstacles.
2. You can turn off obstacle avoidance for specific areas or lawn edges in the APP, or set no-obstacle-detection zones on the map. The robot will not detect obstacles in these areas to effectively avoid missed mowing.
As for docking failures, please make sure the charging station is placed on flat ground. It needs to be fixed on soft and level ground with ground stakes. Without fixation, the charging base may shift, causing docking failures. Long-term use without stakes may also deform the base plate. Please check whether the position of the charging station has changed.
