[ViAX 500] Mova VIAX 600 - not docking correctly when returning to charge

Hi, this weekend I installed my brand new VIAX 600 mower, and I love it. It mows brilliantly, the app is great, installation simple - all super nice. After the mapping and the first run in one of the zones, the mower returned to the charging station correctly twice, docking in the right spot and starting a charge. Since then, I cannot get it to dock properly anymore, it drives in crooked to the right, and hits the base of the charging station. It then tries again once more, with the same result, before giving up and giving an error.

The base is on a level surface, there are no reflective surfaces nearby, no obstructions around the charging station for a few meters, and everything is clean (because the mower is brand new). Any advice to make it dock properly is very welcome. I noticed the mower sometimes also sees obstacles in the lawn where there are none, so I'm wondering if something is wrong with my unit.

Regarding false obstacle avoidance issues, please check the following:
1. Please check if "AI obstacle recognition" is enabled. The robot may occasionally misidentify obstacles.
2. You can turn off obstacle avoidance for specific areas or lawn edges in the APP, or set no-obstacle-detection zones on the map. The robot will not detect obstacles in these areas to effectively avoid missed mowing.

As for docking failures, please make sure the charging station is placed on flat ground. It needs to be fixed on soft and level ground with ground stakes. Without fixation, the charging base may shift, causing docking failures. Long-term use without stakes may also deform the base plate. Please check whether the position of the charging station has changed.

Hi, will do with the AI detection.

Regarding the docking failures, nothing has changed since the first few successful docks. I even tried remapping the entire garden, changing the zone with the charging station in it, but that did not make a difference at all. The robot still doesn't want to dock properly.

It is on level ground, fixed in place with the stakes, and the position of the charging station hasn't changed. I have contacted your aftersales now.
