K30 - wet vacuum problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my K30 vacuum (sry and wet vacuum). The wet vacuum function is no longer working.

As soon as I insert the battery, only the dr vacuum mode symbols appear on the display. The wet vacuum function/icons do not show up anymore. When I press the start button, the device turns on and makes normal operating sounds, but the mop roller does not rotate.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

* cleaned and emptied the water tank
* refilled the tank with fresh water
* removed the mop roller and checked it for any visible issues or blockages

Unfortunately, the problem still remains. Do you have and tips or ideas what migth be the problem here?
