Mova Lidax Ultra 1600 dock station indicates error while charging the robot

As per picture attached it looks like charging station runs into error state while charging the robot. Already happened 5 times at least since the installation date (June 20th), proving that the mower cannot be reliably left unsupervised doing what it must do. I'm going to contact the local reseller and overall it's an extremely disappointing experience!

I totally get how frustrating it is to keep running into charging errors, and we’re taking your feedback really seriously.
If the charging station glows solid red or blinks while the mower is docked, this usually happens for two reasons: either the station has unstable current or voltage output, or the metal charging contacts short out even when the mower is properly parked.
You can first unplug the station, wipe the metal charging contacts clean, then plug it back in to test once more.
If the trouble still pops up after cleaning, just send an email to our after-sales team. We’ll move your case to the top of the list and help you troubleshoot right away.
