Hi there,
We’re truly sorry to hear your MOVA Lidax Ultra AWD hasn’t lived up to your expectations, and we completely understand your frustration with all these ongoing issues. Let’s walk you through what we’re working on and simple fixes you can try right now:
LiDAR overheating and positioning troubles
We’re rolling out a brand-new firmware update very shortly. It’s built specifically to cut down LiDAR heat buildup and improve overall positioning stability. Please keep an eye on your device’s update prompts to install it as soon as it goes live.
Edge mowing won’t get close to obstacles inside your yard
You can draw restricted zones around any permanent trees, planters or fixtures in your garden. The mower will trim neatly along the edges of these blocked areas, so you won’t end up with uncut grass around your obstacles.
The map doesn’t refresh when your garden changes
Every time you launch a mowing run, the robot will re-scan your whole lawn and update the map automatically. There’s no need to manually refresh it yourself.
AI misidentifies trees, clouds and other objects as people
Bright direct sunlight or harsh backlight often messes up the sensor’s vision, which causes these false detections. You might try scheduling mows during milder lighting hours for better results. Our engineering team is also hard at work refining the AI detection model, and future updates will drastically reduce these misreads.
If you still run into issues after updating the firmware, our Italy support team is ready to help you out:
