Alexa help

I have linked MOVAHome to my Amazon Alex account but whenever I ask Alexa to “cut the grass” it opens MOVAHome and says there are no vacuum connected. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Discover smart‑home devices with the skill in the Alexa App: ① Open the Amazon Alexa App. If you do not have it installed, download it from Google Play or the App Store. ② Tap More, then select Skills & Games. ③ Search for the MOVAhome skill for your device and tap Enable to use it. ④ Follow the on‑screen prompts to log in to your MOVAhome App account.
