German Shepherd dog hair clogs the auto empty feature. I still have to manually empty the robot after every room.

Have you adjusted the dust collection setting to High? This could potentially improve performance.
Could you share photos showing:

Hair length specifications (measured in cm/mm)
Post-cleaning debris quantity in the dustbin after a room clean?

I am having the same problem. EVERY TIME it vacuums it gets clogged and leaves a lot of debris on the floor.

Hello! Sorry for the length of time for my response. I turned the suction all the way up and am now dealing with an issue where Mova drags hair into piles and randomly drops them. I do not leave piles of hair on the floor for Mova to run into. Mova is emptying SOME hair and debris into the collection bag but these three images are from today only.

To clarify, the dust bin is now emptying and nothing is stuck inside the device after the settings change for suction.
