How to participate:

2. Upload your Z50 Ultra purchase record (order screenshots, invoices and other valid certificates);
3. Fill in your MOVA UID;
4. Fill in your delivery address and recipient information, which will only be used for prize distribution;
5. Submit the questionnaire and wait for review. After the review is passed, we will arrange the prize distribution as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This event is only for users who have purchased Z50 Ultra. Each user can redeem a prize once.
2. Proof of Purchase: Participants must submit valid Z50 Ultra purchase records, such as order screenshots and invoices. Incomplete or invalid information will result in loss of prize eligibility.
3. UID Requirement: You must provide an accurate MOVA UID for verification. Please see the UID search guide below. If the UID information is incorrect, you will not be able to receive the prize.
4. Address and recipient information: Your accurate address and recipient information must have been submitted in questionnaire for prize delivery, otherwise it cannot be issued.
5. Quantity Limitation: The number of free mops is limited, and the activity will end after all the prizes are redeemed.
6. Prize Delivery: After the review is passed, the prize will be arranged for express delivery to the address you filled in.
7. Personal Information: By participating in the event, you agree that the organizer will collect, use and store your personal information (including purchase records and MOVA UID) for the purpose of this event. Personal information will be processed in accordance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
8. Modification and Termination: The organizer has the right to modify, suspend or terminate this event, and the latest terms will be announced on the MOVA APP."
