[P10 Pro Ultra] Robot Vacuum randomly shutting down

I have had the robot vacuum for ~4-6 months. It has worked great until recently with the robot randomly  shutting  down and glitching out on air. The robots battery  wull be completely drained and after watching its charge levels drop rapidly, its pretty clear its a battery  issues.
Mova has not responded to phone calls or the chat feature. Which is why I came here. Hopefully  this will get a response.

Hello,

When the robot's battery is low, it will automatically return to the base station to charge. You can check if there are any obstacles in the cleaning area blocking the robot's return to the base station.

You can also check whether the base station is powered properly.

Check if the robot is in sleep mode. Please hold down the middle power button to see if the robot is functioning normally.

Place the robot back on the dock and check if the app shows a low battery. It is recommended to fully charge it before trying again. Let it clean for a while to see if it operates normally.
