Please first check and update the app version. Go to the App Store/Google Play Store to update the MOVA App to the latest version.
Ensure a good network environment.
Then restart the robot and try again.
If the issue persists, go to "Me - Help & Feedback - Report Log." Please provide the robot's SN number to help us further analyze this issue. You can find the SN number on the label at the bottom of the robot. |
