You can use another phone to delete Wi-Fi, then re-add it to verify the password is correct.
Please ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
Please ensure your robot and phone are close to the router and have a strong Wi-Fi signal. Before configuring the network, enable location permissions for the app and your phone's Bluetooth. Failure to enable these permissions will result in network configuration failure.
It is recommended that you use English or numbers for your home Wi-Fi name and password. Special characters should not be used. |
