Base station does not recognize the cleaning agent tank

I purchased the Z60. After installation, it does not detect the tank in the base station. Can this be fixed or do I have to return the robot?

Hello,

Please try removing the cleaning fluid cartridge and cleaning the contacts on it. Then reinstall the cartridge.

If you've just installed it and it still displays "Not Installed": Please clean the mop pad and check whether the automatic cleaning fluid cartridge is successfully recognized.

If it still isn't recognized, you may need to contact customer service to return the robot.
