Docking Failure

It was working for first 2 to 3 runs. But now, its failing to dock.
The base is in open space and on flat surface. Robo almost reaches near dock but while climbing up the ramp it stops half way and keeps trying and then give up. This is dissapointing. Any suggestions? do u think product is defective?

Hello, you can check if the robot's main wheels slip or become stuck during cleaning. If there is any foreign object, please remove it promptly.

Then manually dock the robot and observe it several times after it is fully charged. If this situation recurs, please let us know.

Resetting the robot to factory sett8ng seems to have solved the problem. That tells me that somehow the code that operates docking got corrupted. The reset means I needed to again add the robot to my app and remap the house. Anyway, its working again for now, hopefully it won't reoccur.
