Recently My Z50 Ultra recently started having problems. When it's supposed to return to the docking station after cleaning, but sometimes even during, it won't dock. It goes in and out and then it finally gets stuck and tells me to move it manually. I tried cleaning and remapping everything... it seems like the side mop is blocking the docking. What can I do?
1. Check the robot's charging contacts for any foreign objects or dust. Dust can cause the robot to dock repeatedly, so wipe them clean before use.
2. Check the metal springs on the charging contacts for any obstructions.
3. Remove the side mop to see if the robot docks properly. If the robot docks properly without the mop, please contact our after-sales department for further assistance.
