Replacement dust bags are nowhere to be found. Furthermore, I'm being offered alternatives that have the opening on the top, not the side, like the original one that came with the robot. Even those who write reviews on YouTube aren't responding to my request. The MOVA website in SG has them, but they don't ship internationally and tell me to contact the place where I purchased it. They have no idea where I purchased it, and to be honest, I bought two, one for my mom, but it's sitting idle for now because I don't have any more bags! Very disappointed with the after-sales service!
