[Z60 Ultra Roller Complete] Mapping

The robot lose the Map even if saved using backup app. It’s not possible to recover it as it asking for new mapping and cannot restore the saved one . It looks like desappeared. Customer service far away and doesn’t help so much . Someone had same problem ? Any solution to suggest ?

Hello,

Have you logged in with a different account? If you use a different account to log in, your device and saved settings might disappear from the app.

Changing the country/region in your location settings could also cause this issue. Additionally, please check if your network connection is stable.

If you've ruled out these possibilities, please provide the following information so we can further investigate your situation:

1.The firmware version of the robot
2.The serial number (S/N) on the label at the bottom of the robot.
3. Your country/region
