Did you log in using a different account? If you used another account to log in, the information saved under your original account might disappear from the application.
Changing the country/region in your settings could also cause this issue. Additionally, please check if your network connection is stable.
If you have ruled out these possibilities, please provide the following information so we can further investigate your situation:
1.The firmware version of the robot.
2.The serial number (S/N) on the label at the bottom of the robot.
