We recommend checking if the mop pad holder still has magnetism.
If there is no magnetism, you may need to replace the mop pad holder with a new one. If it is magnetic, we suggest trying to reset the robot to see if it resolves the issue.
To reset the robot: Open the top cover of the robot. Next to the Wi-Fi indicator light, there is a small reset hole. Press it for 3 seconds until you hear the voice prompt "Start restoring factory settings." Then restart the robot to see if it can work normally.
