Hello, regarding the issue of dry mopping, you can try the following steps:
After washing the mop pads, remove them from the mop pad holder and only install the mop pad holder into the robot. Start the mopping task from the base station, wait for 5 minutes, and check if there are any water droplets on the ground.
If no water flows out during the test above, please remove the mop pad holder and use an iron wire, toothpick, or other items to poke the water outlets at the bottom of the robot to see if this resolves the mopping issue.
