Why leds are not switching off?

Hi, I’ve noticed that leds are not switching off causing battery to go down. (LEDs are on for the entire day)

How can I resolve this issue?

Hello, regarding the issue of the LED staying on, please refer to the information below:

Currently, the LED cannot be turned off manually. The indicator light will automatically turn off once the device is fully charged and in standby mode (a short delay is considered normal).

If the LED remains on for several hours and you also notice a significant decrease in battery life, we recommend fully charging the device first, then turning it off for about one minute before turning it back on. After that, please observe whether the issue persists.
