V50 side brush arm rarely extends

I am facing a cleaning issue on my V50 ultra.
The Side brush arm rarely extends. I can only see it happening at V shaped corners only. But When it's running along the wall, it just misses the corner dust as shown in the video.


This happens with both “Collision Avoidance mode” turned off vs on. The Side extend mode for both mop and side brush has also been set “high frequency” but it doesn't make a dent.

Ich habe selbiges Problem. Zusätzlich kann ich auch kein Firmware Plugin laden. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem kundendienst ist klar das es 5 Updates gab, meine App behauptet allerdings, sie sei auf dem neuesten Stand.
Bisherige Maßnahmen vom Kundendienst waren erfolglos.
Übrigens fahren die wischerblätter bei mir auch nicht aus, egal welche Einstellungen ich vornehme.
