Impossibile falciare tutte le zone

Nonostante abbia creato con successo la mappa dopo non poche problematiche le zone 3 e zona 1 non vengono tagliate.
Il robot arriva al confine della zona 3 e dopo qualche secondo di attesa torna alla base dicendo che il lavoro è stato completato.
Sapete aiutarmi? Vedo dei conetti che nella realtà non sono ostacoli, ma non ne comprendo il significato e non so come poterli rimuovere.

It looks like that there is too narrow area from Zone4 to Zone3.
Especially if MOVA has noticed that there is something.
Have You checked visually (by eyes) - what is that? ... Can You take it away?
... or ... Can You create/use a path from Zone4 to Zone1?

There are five 'blue symbols' (which meaning You can find from app), which MOVA has marked.
... Zone3 symbol can cause that MOVA cannot go to Zone3 ... and marked task 'done'.
Just now, I cannot find meanings of that blue symbol (my MOVA is still sleeping).
Please recheck very carefully - what is there (Zone3)?
... as well as those four other blues.
There could be possible to make settings that - MOVA do not check something.
How about to create a path?

È possibile che il problema sia stato causato da un ostacolo lungo il percorso, che ha interrotto la navigazione del robot.

Se nella realtà non ci sono ostacoli presenti in quell’area, si consiglia di creare una “zona di ignoramento ostacoli” in quel punto.
