Selecting Winners：
Winners will be selected based on a balanced evaluation of the following criteria:
Creativity of the submission (40%)
Relevance to the Event questions (30%)
Clarity and completeness (20%)
Quality and usefulness of visuals (10%)
A panel of judge appointed by the Organizer will evaluate all eligible submissions.
In case of a tie, the panel will determine the winner based on the creativity score.
The Organizer’s judging decision is final, subject to participants’ statutory consumer rights.

Eligibility

v Winners will be announced in the MOVA Forum within 7 business days after the event ends and will be notified via email.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you submit.
By participating, you grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, or display your submitted text, photos, or videos for:
v Marketing
v Promotion of Mova products
v Promotion of the Event
v Online and social media publications
v This license applies only to content voluntarily submitted for the Event.
Data Protection
The Organizer will collect participants’ personal data (e.g., username, email, custom avatar, username, submitted content) solely for the following purposes of administering the event, verifying eligibility, contacting winners and delivering prizes. The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and/or Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent), where applicable. Your personal data will be processed only by Organizer and its authorized service providers (e.g., shipping partners) involved in the program. We will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 calendar days of the program’s completion, unless you provide separate written consent for retention. Such separate consent will specify the retention period (maximum 12 months, for post-test analysis) and purpose, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability, by contacting us at

Governing Law and Dispute Settlement
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Hong Kong law. In the event of any dispute between the parties hereto arising out of or in connection with this Event, either Party is entitled to submit the dispute to Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted., and the place of arbitration is Hong Kong SAR of China.
The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, provided that such interpretation shall not limit any statutory consumer protections guaranteed by EU or national law.
Disclaimer
The Organizer may amend, suspend, or cancel the Event at its own discretion.
Material changes will be announced through the MOVA Forum .
If the Event is cancelled, no compensation will be owed beyond any legal minimum requirements.
