[LiDAX Ultra 800] Mower not possible to bind after app lost data

It is not possible to re-Connect to My Lidax ultra 800 af the Mova app lost data. I had to re enter my log in and now I can’t Connect to my robot, because it has already been connected. How to reset so I can cut the grass again?

Hello. Regarding your issue: once the robot is successfully paired with the app, it will be automatically bound to the current MOVA account. One robot can only be bound to one MOVA account. If you need to change accounts, you must first unbind the robot. You can do this by tapping the product name in the top left corner of the device card page in the app, then selecting "Delete Device" to unbind it. After unbinding, you can pair and bind the robot again.
